Refund & Cancellations

Thank you for enrolling for our online workshop operated by Colorchips Digital (Registered entity: Colorchips New Media Limited).

Once enrolled/registered for our workshops and/or services cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

You may however choose to join a different batch or let another candidate attend the course or workshop instead of you.

The completion certificate will only be issued once and in the name of the candidate attending the complete workshop after passing the required examination or completing the given assignment (whichever is applicable).

If a candidate fails to attend the course or workshop, he/she will be marked absent and no extended access will be provided over above the mentioned validity of modules/lessons. The candidate is also not eligible for a refund.

 Any batch transfers, refunds or cancellations are at the discretion of Colorchips New Media Limited.

If you encounter any technical issues during the course or workshop, please contact our support team via the email provided. We strive to respond within 14 working days. If it is determined that the issue originates from our end and we are unable to resolve it, you will be eligible for a full refund. This refund will be processed within 15 days after your concern has been acknowledged. Please note, refunds are applicable only for issues stemming from our services; issues related to customer hardware or software do not qualify for a refund.
